Trial Access Terms

By creating an account, you agree to the following terms for the free trial:

1. Free Trial Duration
    Your access to the platform is free for a period of three (3) months starting from the date of registration.
    The trial will end automatically after this period.

2. Access After Trial
    If you do not switch to a paid plan before the trial ends, your account will be deactivated, and you will no longer be able to access the platform.

3. Usage Limitations
    During the trial phase:
   The platform may only be used in connection with USC (e.g., for managing participants registered via USC).
   Bookings and payments outside of USC are not enabled during the trial.

4. Data Processing
   During the trial, we process the first and last names of participants who register through USC. USC does not forward the participants email address or any other personal data.
    By enabling the integration with USC, you consent to YOGO storing participants' first and last name and their sign-up and attendance history.

5. Trial Communication
    Throughout the trial period, we may send you relevant information regarding:
   - How to use the platform
   - Integration with USC
   - How to upgrade to a paid plan

6. Trial Usage Data Retention
    We may retain data related to your trial usage (such as account activity, usage logs, and USC integration data) for up to 90 days after the trial ends for internal analysis, support, or compliance purposes. After this period, your data will be either deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
