YOGO, a Copenhagen-based provider of member management systems for yoga, pilates,
and fitness clubs, announced today that Jacob Nathan, a seasoned fitness industry expert,
has joined as advisor to the board and management team.

Jacob Nathan previously dedicated over eight years expanding the Danish software company
Exerp, into the world’s leading provider of Member Management software for large fitness
chains, including PureGym, SATS and Virgin Active. In 2020, after successfully leading Exerp’s
international expansion, including a significant breakthrough in the U.S. market, the company
was acquired in full by Technogym, the global leader in gym equipment and digital fitness technologies.

Magnus Hylander Friis and Anders Hjort Straarup, Co-Founders of YOGO, expressed their
excitement about the new collaboration, stating, “The addition of Jacob Nathan, with his
extensive global industry expertise, not only strengthens our operational capabilities, but
also brings invaluable strategic insights to expand into markets beyond Europe and catering
to larger scale operators. We are excited to leverage these new capacities as we embark on
the next phase of our growth journey.”

Jacob Nathan expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, saying, “YOGO has already
achieved remarkable success in the Nordics and DACH regions, with impressive growth in
client acquisitions throughout 2024. I’m truly impressed by their performance and their
ability to develop such incredibly intuitive user interface – one of the key drivers of their
success. The fitness industry is craving new and user-friendly applications that harness the
power of modern technologies. I’m excited to collaborate with Magnus, Anders, and the
entire YOGO team to expand the software’s reach, benefiting members and staff across the
    health and fitness industry.”
